Oh thanks!  When playing around with Ifeffit this summer, I completely
forgot about Feffit (what was I thinking about?).  It is completely
broken (but fortunately, it's a simple fix!).

This is now fixed in svn, and I'll post a 1.2.11b tar ball to the cars
ifeffit download site right away.

This doesn't affect Windows users, as the version of Feffit there is
old enough to not have this bug.
