[Ifeffit] reference spectra for Cu(OH)2

I was not dreaming about such quick and helpful answers from your side
;) thanks a lot.

I was trying to download files with Cu(OH)2 (cuoh2.017.Z and
cuoh2.509.Z) - and also some others (choosen randomly, just to check if
it is a problem only with files I am interested in) in all cases the
situation was the same. Maybe I chose wrong files ;)
ftp://ixs.csrri.iit.edu/data/Farrel_Lytle_data/RAW/Cu/cuoh2.017.Z
and ftp://ixs.csrri.iit.edu/data/Farrel_Lytle_data/RAW/Cu/cuoh2.509.Z
but as you already now the answer was so quick that I have data.

Carlo:
I have tried this new adress but still I have problems with files I am
interested in. With others I have no problems. It seems that I have
"special" request ;)
