[Ifeffit] Proper link for Lytle Database

Hello All:

I have reworked the database web site a bit and I would appreciate it if 
the following URL is used to access it in the future.  It would make my 
life a lot easier if I knew where users entered the database.

http://ixs.iit.edu/database/

I took the liberty of continuing the association with the IXAS.  If there 
is an objection, please let me know.
