[Ifeffit] reference spectra for Cu(OH)2

Hi Rich,
thanks, unfortunatelly we (my colleague and I) have a problem to
download data from this database (Farrel one) ... I have checked others
too but unfortunatelly I didn't find copper hydroxide (or I am blind...)
