[Ifeffit] asking questions effectively

Hi folks,

When I returned from the dentist's office this afternoon, there were 2
questions on the mailing list.  Both were interesting questions but
neither really included enough information to definatively solve the
problem.

Please remember that the folks who answer questions on the maililng
list can only do so effectively if you provide enough information that
the problem can be reproduced on their own computers.  Often, this
involves attaching a small project file which demonstrates the problem
to your email.
