[Ifeffit] The first step involve in Bio-physics simulation

Dear Prof. and authors:
  We have involved Bio-physics experiment recently, but
we have no idea about the simulation softwave (free is better), 
and our protein sample is rod figure, so do you have any idea
about the simulation, such as vibration mode, absorption, 
molecular structure. We are so appreciate with your information.
