[Ifeffit] Ifeffit Digest, Vol 51, Issue 26

I guess the problem lies in the different "end line character" for Linux and
Windows.

Before you load "dos style"(Windows use it) apj file, you should translate
it into "Linux style".
It is easy in Linux system by using "dos2unix".
