[Ifeffit] Mac OS 10.4.11 upgrade and no more Ifeffit

Hi Andrew,

I don't really have any idea what is causing the problem that you are  
having. But if you don't need a specially installation, you might try  
the iXAFS version at http://mrcat.iit.edu

We don't have any reports of trouble with 10.4.11.
