[Ifeffit] problems running athena on macOSX

Hi Hind,

We have a working Universal Binary of iXAFS that we hope to release  
today or tomorrow.
We are in the final testing stages as we don't want to screw up  
anyones working system.
I believe that this should solve your problem. We will post a message  
when we upload
this final version.

The previous version of iXAFS was Mactel only.
