[Ifeffit] iffefit compile on BlueWhite64

Hi Chachi,

You should definately try doing as Carlo suggested.  There was some
discussion of compiling for 64 bit linux about a year and half ago.
Here is a post from me:

Try following that thread and the one linked to in the post.  I don't
know if any of that will actually be relevant, but sometimes just a
hint of something helpful is enough to get over a compilation hurdle.
