[Ifeffit] compiling horae-062a on AMD64

I trying install horae-062a on my Slamd64 11.0 ( AMD64 3200+), but
it appears a following error;

Some idea for this error,

Either it cannot install Gifefiit.

PGplot - Ok
Ifeffit - Ok
Tk - 95% ok (according to test)
