[Ifeffit] new horae Debian packages

Hi there,

I installed the most recent "sarge" package in my Kubuntu box with no 
problems. Sooo easy, it takes all the fun out of it!

However, I haven't succeeded opening my Artemis files I created about 5 
months ago under Fedora 3, while I was still at Notre Dame. I don't really 
know whether this comes from a version incompatibility or it is a linux 
distribution related problem. As soon as I can I will send out the message 
trapped by Artemis, and hopefully we can figure out what is going on.
