[Ifeffit] regarding Lytle detector

This is an interesting topic - shouldn't someone at the APS (XOR staff
member) be trained in repairing Lytle detectors? It would be a great
service to APS XAFS users.

Soma,
I believe the person that they were referring to was John Kulpin who was
employed at DND-CAT. He left APS and Argonne a couple of years ago and
I don't know where he is at now.
