[Ifeffit] pgplot+Kubuntu+/XWINDOW /XSERVE

Dear denis:

Since Kubuntu is based on Debian, you should be able to use the bianry 
debian packages I have made for ifeffit, horae, etc.  pgplot5 is also 
available in debian.

I don't want to put too much traffic on the list but if you wish to get 
more detail, just email me.
