[Ifeffit] Athena 0.8.048, Artemis 0.8.005, Hephaestus 0.13

   The update worked fine here (on Tiger).  In fact, I made another  
binary installer based upon the installation that I hope works!
I will upload the installer to sourceforge in another 10 minutes or so.
