[Ifeffit] hafnium oxide

hi everybody,
does anyone have a literature reference explaining the shoulder in the 
XANES spectrum of HfO2 after the white line at about 9.58 keV. I think 
it is related to the number of oxygens coordinating, but i could not 
find any note about it by browsing the journals....
