[Ifeffit] Troubles in Running Iffeffit

It's not so hard.  Just download the .exe file to your computer and double 
click on it.  It's an installer, when you run it, it will ask you some 
questions then install a bunch of software, documentation, and other files on 
you computer.  

As for using the software, you should look through my and Matt's websites as 
well as the Ifeffit wiki for more information.
