[Ifeffit] New section on ifeffit wiki

Hi all,

I've added a user page for me on the Ifeffit wiki, and started a list of
tips for analyzing materials that aren't perfect crystals...that's one of
the more common questions I get from beginners at workshops or whatever,
and it seemed worth having. I've got a little bit on amorphous materials
and substitutionally doped materials right now, and plan to add sections
on macromolecules and nanoparticles. Feel free to add to (or edit!) the
list.

Aside from being linked from my user page, I also linked it to the XAFS
analysis page.
