[Ifeffit] Rbkg value in Athena

Hi Ann,

If your fit is significantly altered by small changes in Rbkg or
emin, that in itself is a warning that your background parameters are
probably not appropriate. I always try to make sure the background
I'm using gives fits that are stable to small changes in the
background parameters; i.e. I look for a region of stability.
