One more thing....

There was a problem with the workspace folder that I tried to solve in
version 0.7.004.  However, the solution may have been incomplete.

Try deleting (or renaming, to be safer) the file
   C:\\Program Files\Ifeffit\horae\artemisrcw
and firing up artemis again.  That may help.  It may not.  It's
something to try.
