Make a simpler project that also fails.

I'd guess it's more likely related to being a 195Mb project and
filling up and corrupting Ifeffit buffers or machine memory.

For future reference, you'll get better help if you are willing to
try simple inputs and give more complete information when asking
why something appears to not be working right.
