[Ifeffit] an input data question of Athena

Dear IFEFFIT folks,

Hello, I've been on the mailing list for a long time. It's really helpful for 
the advice from every expert. I have a problem about data input into Athena. 
When I want to input my experimental data, Athena replied the cord said that:

and I caanot input my data in to Athena. Is there anyone happens to know this
