[Ifeffit] Tk/Perl

Thank you Bruce for the reply!
I installed Tk-804.027. Let's see how it goes now! If it really works 
for me as it is working for you, then I don't see any reason to mess 
around with the old Tk version! Anyway I will reproduce the error and 
send the details to you later!
