[Ifeffit] plotting Fourier-filtered data

What you describe is how I intend the "Plot q" button to behave (with
the additional detail that the fitting range in R is also used as the
backtransform range from R to q).

The last time I checked, that was not only my intention, but also the
actual behavior. ;-)
