[Ifeffit] :)

Hi,

For the record, I sent Du Yonghua the ifeffit executable by
email, and it did make it through.  Dr. Yonghua reports that it
is now working on a windows 2000 machine.

I'm not sure why downloading failed and email worked, but it does
seem like a possible distribution alternative.  If anyone else
has persistent troubles downloading ifeffit and is sure that
their mail server won't block 25Mb files, I can try to send
ifeffit by email.
