[Ifeffit] Warning: ifeffit users on Mac OS X

Hello,

If you are dependent upon ifeffit under OS X, DO NOT install the 10.2 
upgrade. This upgrade breaks the readline library which is needed by 
ifeffit.

A quick web search showed this to be a known problem with no current 
solution.

Readline does not currently compile under 10.2.

I tried a cursory effort compilation which resulted in many missing 
symbols.
