[Ifeffit] ifeffit 1.0073 released

Hi Everyone,

I've posted Ifeffit 1.0073, both source code and Windows installer,
on the ifeffit download page.

Following the earlier discussion of interpolation schemes for
continuous scan data, this source code has added 'interp=' options
('interp=line', 'interp=quad', 'interp=cubic') to the spline() and
bkg_cl() commands.  There are no other major changes to the base
library, but a few minor improvements and bug fixes in the source.

The Windows installer includes the latest (I believe!!) of athena,
artemis, sixpack, and even gifeffit.  Also, on Windows, the GrWin
plot window now raises to the top at every plot(), cursor(), and
zoom() command.
