In your current data directory, copy the mca.preferences and the catch1d.env files from the data file directory created immediately before your run in the same station. The mca.preferences file sets up the parameters for starting the MCA program, and the catch1d.env file lists the environment variables which are to be extracted and saved into the spectrum data file. For this reason, you cannot use catch1d.env for 13-ID-D in your run in 13-BM-D, or you’ll get wrong parameters saved in your data file!
