Dear colleagues,

 

The deadline for registration to the 2025 Research in Progress meeting of the Mineral Physics Group has been extended! Abstract submission and registration will close at 11.59pm GMT on Monday 10th March.

 

The meeting is to take place at the University of Edinburgh (Nucleus Building) on the 9th and 10th of April, 2025.

 

The aim of the meeting is to bring together post-graduate and post-doctoral researchers from all areas of high-pressure mineralogy & crystallography, mineral magnetism, molecular crystallography, computational mineral physics, geophysics, and planetary science to encourage the development of collaborations and sharing of results from recent research.

 

Invited speakers: David Wallis (Cambridge), Guillaume Morard (CNRS), Tomas Marqueno Villanueva (Edinburgh), Viktoria Trautner (Oxford).

 

Abstract submission and registration is free!
