We are looking for a highly motivated post-doctoral scholar working on the experimental determination of atomic dynamics and isotope fractionation at mantle conditions, and structure and properties of planetary materials under extreme conditions. The position
will be hired through the Research Cooperation of the University of Hawaii and will be located at the GSECARS beamline of the Advanced Photon Source. PhD degree is required from an accredited college or university in high-pressure research, mineralogy, crystallography,
condensed matter physics, solid-state chemistry/spectroscopy or a closely related field. Experience with synchrotron-related experimental techniques will be preferred. The position can be applied through the following link:
