Subject: SES-2025 update!

Hey folks,

Unbelievable response to the call for SES abstracts!  We have a killer lineup of speakers for you (agenda under construction now).  And an equally impressive lineup of poster presentations (no space left).

In response to below, someone jokingly asked us to define "vibrant".  I will provide a more PC answer here and summarize as "a poster session with alcohol" (thx to Quantum Detectors!).  Also a shout out to Sigray, Hitachi, and Stony Brook U. for sponsoring the open bar and dinner at the Old Field Club. ;)

If you have not yet registered for SES and reserved your accommodation, please do not hesitate as these deadlines are rapidly approaching.  Both can be accessed via the conference web page, www.bnl.gov/ses-symposium/. If booking Hilton and need to edit your arrival/departure dates then look near top of page to edit and apply changes (somewhat obscure).

Looking forward to seeing you at SES-2025!

POSTERS...

Expect a vibrant 'poster sesh' at the 8th SES!

Wang Center at SBU has an awesome setup where the posters hang down from the ceiling (pics below).

It will be a total blast and great opportunity to share your cool science with the Earth, Environmental, and Planetary Science community!
