Hi folks, Does anybody know how to plot data for Gaussian and arctangent step peaks (from Athena) in Excel. I can't find the data after peak fitting. I've also searched in the Ifeffit mailing list archive. Cheers, Luanga

From the Athena document (http://cars9.uchicago.edu/~ravel/software/doc/Athena/html/analysis/peak.html)
The result of a fit can be saved as a group in the group list for later comparison to your data. The log file is a column data file containing the fit results in the header and columns of 1. energy 2. the data 3. the fit 4. the residual 5. each component B -- Bruce Ravel ------------------------------------ bravel@bnl.gov National Institute of Standards and Technology Synchrotron Methods Group at NSLS --- Beamlines U7A, X24A, X23A2 Building 535A Upton NY, 11973 Homepage: http://xafs.org/BruceRavel Software: https://github.com/bruceravel
