Hi,
I am performing EXAFS experiments on semiconductor nanoparticles. As these samples are highly insulating, they will be charged under the X-ray radiation. Does this charging effect the EXAFS signal (transmission as well as the fluorescence)?
If yes, how can one can remove this charging effect?
Will it be good enough to mix the sample with graphite and perform the EXAFS?
With regards,
Pralay.
