Hmm. Matt, is the link on the ifeffit home page that points to the installer pointing to the correct version (the current version of the mac installer has the horae version incorporated into its name and changes every horae release).

aha! Then there WAS a problem. I was afraid it was my system for some reason. The new version now runs smoothly for me.
