New Beam Time Requests for 2020-1 on existing active proposals.

At this moment, current APS guidance for the 2021-1 run mandates that external non-ANL users will not be allowed on-site. Based on this current policy, GSECARS
is only scheduling users that can mail-in samples, with partial or full remote access to control selected beamline computers to perform experiments in-close collaboration with GSECARS beamline staff.

The GUP system

will accept proposals and beam time requests until 11:59 pm (Chicago time) on October 30, 2020.
*Start and end dates for this run are not yet finalized. The cycle will nominally run February-April.
