[Ifeffit] too large screen size of the open-file dialog in Athena

Thanks a lot, Gael,
It works, indeed!!, provided that you DO NOT click with the mouse on the
right hand part of the open-file dialog where the datafile is displayed.
If you do so, the OK button is desactivated, and pressing 'entrer' does
not work.
In contrast, no way to drag the window up; even at its highest position
the OK button is not accessible on that particular computer.
